Dont look for traditionally good monitors. You want something with a TN or VA panel that doesn't make shadows as dark. Something with a high refresh rate is a plus obviously. You should really test it with your own eyes though, I've played Tarkov on 3-4 different monitors and the difference is huge.

There’s no way OLED to cause you eye fatigue vs an LCD tech , for eye comfort you should aim for the proper panel settings , this is what will cause you or won’t cause you eye strain. The SDR standards remains to be 120nits brightness, gamma 2.2 and 6500k white point , there is absolutely no way to have eye fatigue
IPS panels generally have better colors, but it really depends on the model. If you bought a crappy IPS and a really good VA, then the really good VA will have better colors. A monitor with superior measured contrast doesn't imply brighter or poppier colors like the other commentors mentioned since contrast ratios are measured from a standard

That is very strange since the u2715h doesn't use PWM for backlight dimming, so should be good for eye strain. Regarding seeing lines better on VA than IPS I again have the opposite experience. When viewed off angle VA panels wash out more, so on a big screen edges will be harder to read on VA vs IPS.
VA panels are actually pretty good. Colours much better than TN but without the framerate difficulties and cost that IPS has. Many TVs use VA and they have excellent picture quality. For TVs, I guess VA panels are fine. But for a gaming monitor (or even one for content creation), VA panels don't make much sense IMO.
